LANSING, Michigan, Oct. 12 -- Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel issued the following news release on Oct. 11, 2024:
Yesterday, the Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) approved a settlement in Upper Michigan Energy Resources (UMERC) electric rate increase request, announced Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel.
