WASHINGTON, Oct. 11 -- Rep. Chip Roy, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
On Thursday, Representative Chip Roy (TX-21) Chairman of the Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution instructed authorities to preserve evidence in cases related to the sanctity of life. Specifically, Chairman Roy requested authorities preserve the remains of five babies reportedly killed in illegal late term abortions in and to retain information on prosecutions of pro-life Americans.
