On Friday, Representative Chip Roy (TX-21) demanded answers from Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Administrator Deanne Criswell on why the jeopardizing its ability to respond to Hurricanes Helene and Milton by spending billions of dollars are on non-immediate needs, like COVID-19.
