WASHINGTON- Today, Congressman Mike Carey (OH-15) applauded his Confirmation of Congressional Observer Access (COCOA) Act of 2024 becoming law. The COCOA Act, which codifies the requirement that states allow congressional staff to observe election administration procedures, was signed into law after passing the House of Representatives late last month.
