CONCORD, New Hampshire, Oct. 11 -- New Hampshire Attorney General John Formella issued the following news release:
Attorney General John M. Formella announces that the Rockingham County Grand Jury has returned indictments against Tracy Lowell, age 54, and William Bodeau, age 60, both of Brownfield, Maine. Ms. Lowell has been indicted on one count of Conspiracy to Possess a Controlled Drug with Intent to Distribute; Subsequent Offense and one count of Possession of a Controlled Drug . . .
