Emily Satterwhite, professor in the Department of Religion and Culture, has been named the Edward S. Diggs Professor of Humanities by the Virginia Tech Board of Visitors.
The Edward S. Diggs Endowed Professorship in Humanities was established by Hattie Wilson Diggs in memory of her husband, Edward Singleton Diggs, a 1914 graduate of the university. It recognizes and promotes excellence in research . . .
