ILL. A.G. RAOUL OBTAINS GUILTY PLEA, SENTENCE IN CASE AGAINST VERMILION COUNTY WOMAN FOR ANIMAL CRUELTY

CHICAGO, Illinois, Oct. 9 -- Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul issued the following news release on Oct. 8, 2024:

Attorney General Kwame Raoul today announced that a Vermilion County woman pleaded guilty and was sentenced for animal cruelty in a case prosecuted by the Attorney General's office.

Vermilion County Circuit Court Judge Karen E. Wall sentenced Crystal Calbro, 44, of Danville, Illinois, to 12 months court supervision. Calbro is also prohibited from owning . . .
