ELMA, NY Today, Congressman Nick Langworthy (NY-23) secured $1 million in federal funding to consolidate and upgrade the Town of Elma's wastewater treatment facilities. This funding, part of H.R. 8998, the Department of the Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2025, which passed the House in July, will allow for the construction of a modern wastew . . .
