HARTFORD, Connecticut, Oct. 8 -- The Connecticut Department of Transportation issued the following news release:
The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is developing plans for the replacement of illumination systems in Cromwell.
The project involves the installation of a new roadway lighting system and the replacement of an existing roadway lighting system at Route 9 from south of Coles Road (Route 9 northbound mile 28.66 and Route 9 southbound mile 28.61) . . .
