COVINGTON, GA Congressman Hank Johnson (GA-04) announced today that Covington, located in Georgia's 4th Congressional District, has been awarded $150,000 in grant funding through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law's (BIL) Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program.
