COLUMBIA, South Carolina, Oct. 5 -- Richland County issued the following news on Oct. 4, 2024:
Gov. Henry McMaster and the S.C. Emergency Management Division (SCEMD) announced today that Richland County is now among those counties eligible to receive expedited federal individual disaster assistance following Hurricane Helene.
