House Administration Committee Chairman Steil, Rep. Chavez-DeRemer Demand Information on Oregon Noncitizen Voting

WASHINGTON, Oct. 4 -- Rep. Bryan Steil, R-Wisconsin, chairman of the House Administration Committee, issued the following news release:

Committee on House Administration Chairman Bryan Steil (R-WI) along with Rep. Lori Chavez-DeRemer (OR-05) sent a letter to Oregon Secretary of State LaVonne Griffin-Valade demanding information after a report revealed Oregon wrongly registered 1,259 noncitizens to vote, including nine with voter histories.
