CHICAGO, Illinois, Oct. 4 (TNSres) -- Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul issued the following news release:
Attorney General Kwame Raoul led a coalition of 15 attorneys general in support of a Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) rule requiring that freight and passenger trains generally be staffed with at least two crew members.
