STILLWATER, Oklahoma, Oct. 3 -- Oklahoma State University issued the following news:
Dr. Courtney Cowley sat in her high school library flipping through the Daily Oklahoman when she saw an article featuring three Oklahoma State University students, who won National Scholarships.
