MONCKS CORNER, South Carolina, Oct. 3 -- Santee Cooper, South Carolina's largest power provider and source of electricity, issued the following news release on Oct. 2, 2024:
Santee Cooper has begun to decrease its controlled spill out of Lake Marion, reducing it to 100,000 cubic feet per second (cfs) today.
