GRAND FORKS AFB, North Dakota, Oct. 3 -- The U.S. Air Force Grand Forks Air Force Base (319th Air Base Wing) issued the following news:
The 319th Reconnaissance Wing aircrew prepares an Ellsworth B-1B Bomber for a hot pit gas-n-go at Grand Forks Air Force Base October 1, 2024.
After an environmental assessment is complete, Grand Forks Air Force Base could temporarily host 17 B-1B Lancers as Ellsworth's runway is upgraded to prepare for a new fleet of B-21 bombers.
