PHOENIX, Arizona, Oct. 3 -- Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes issued the following news release on Oct. 2, 2024:
Attorney General Kris Mayes today announced that Eduardo Cruz was sentenced in Maricopa County Superior Court to 5 years in prison, followed by 3 years on probation supervision for dealing fentanyl pills and methamphetamine.
