MADISON, Wisconsin, Oct. 2 -- Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul issued the following news release:
Attorney General Josh Kaul announced a settlement with the former owners and operators of Morning View Dairy, a medium-sized dairy farm near Merrill, Wisconsin.
