DENVER, Colorado, Oct. 1 -- Gov. Jared Polis, D-Colorado, issued the following news release on Sept. 30, 2024:

Today, Governor Polis appointed Andrew J. Hayden as the District Attorney for the 15th Judicial District. This appointment is effective Saturday, October 5, 2024, and fills a vacancy created by the resignation of District Attorney Joshua Vogel.

Mr. Hayden is the Assistant Deputy District Attorney in the 16th Judicial District, a position he has held since 2024. . . .
