PROVIDENCE, Rhode Island, Oct. 1 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Rhode Island issued the following news release on Sept. 30, 2024:
A now former Donald W. Wyatt Detention Facility correctional officer was sentenced today for attempting to smuggle contraband inside the facility, announced United States Attorney Zachary A. Cunha.
