Today, Congressman Mike Rulli (OH-06) and members of the Ohio delegation sent a letter to United States Department of Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack requesting the expansion of Conservative Reserve Program (CRP) acres eligible for emergency haying and grazing measures.
