WASHINGTON, Sept. 28 -- The House Financial Services Subcommittee on Digital Assets, Financial Technology and Inclusion released the following testimony by Jennifer J. Schulp, director of financial regulation studies of the Center for Monetary and Financial Alternatives at the Cato Institute, from a Sept. 18, 2024, hearing entitled "Dazed and Confused: Breaking Down the SEC's Politicized Approach to Digital Assets."
