MONTGOMERY, Alabama, Sept. 27 -- Gov. Kay Ivey, R-Alabama, issued the following news release on Sept. 26, 2024:
Governor Kay Ivey on Thursday announced ILJIN, a leading automotive and industrial bearings and chassis manufacturer, is investing nearly $100 million in a new operation in Auburn. The company's new facility will employ about 160 people and will allow ILJIN to expand into the aluminum forging market.
