AUSTIN, Texas, Sept. 26 -- The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality issued the following news release on Sept. 25, 2024:
The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality today approved penalties totaling $617,685 against 19 regulated entities for violations of state environmental regulations.
Agreed orders were issued for the following enforcement categories: four air quality, two municipal wastewater discharges, six public water systems, and three water quality.
