TULSA, Oklahoma, Sept. 25 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Oklahoma issued the following news release on Sept. 24, 2024:
Today, U.S. District Judge John D. Russell sentenced Gary Don McElroy, 55, for Drug Conspiracy. Judge Russell ordered McElroy to 210 months imprisonment, followed by five years of supervised release.
