DENVER, Colorado, Sept. 21 -- The Colorado Department of Agriculture issued the following news release:
Governor Polis and the Department of Agriculture announced a new tax credit for Colorado's small food retailers and small family farms to help increase access to healthy groceries in communities across the state.
Eligible businesses who have made equipment purchases for the purpose of expanding access to healthy food for low access populations can apply for the refund . . .
