AUSTIN, Texas, Sept. 20 -- The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation issued the following news release:
The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) has obtained a permanent injunction, $680,000 in civil penalties and more than $20,000 in fees and court costs against the owner of nine Houston and Beaumont massage establishments suspected of engaging in human trafficking.
