U.S. Congressman Max Miller (OH-07) made the following statement after voting in support of a stop-gap funding bill which included the SAVE Act. The bill failed to pass by a vote of 202 - 220 - 2.
"I voted in support of this bill because it includes important provisions to secure our nation's elections by requiring proof of citizenship when register . . .
