Sen. Cramer: NPS Awards More Than $900,000 for Water, Electrical Upgrades to Fort Ransom State Park

WASHINGTON, Sept. 17 -- Sen. Kevin Cramer, R-North Dakota, issued the following news release:
The National Park Service (NPS) announced an award of $921,663.50 to the North Dakota Parks and Recreation Department from the Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF). This funding will support the renovation of approximately 23 campsites at Fort Ransom State Park by upgrading electrical services from 30 to 50 ampere capacity. Water hydrants will also be installed at the campsites.
