WASHINGTON, Sept. 17 -- The U.S. Department of Commerce's Economic Development Administration issued the following news release:

Today, U.S. Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo announced the Department's Economic Development Administration (EDA) is awarding a $1.5 million grant to the South Eastern Economic Development Corporation in Taunton, Massachusetts, to capitalize and administer a Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) serving small businesses across eight Massachusetts counties.
