BATON ROUGE, Louisiana, Sept. 17 -- Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill issued the following news:
Attorney General Liz Murrill's Office secured a conviction in East Carroll Parish on September 13, for a man charged with attempted second-degree murder.
Amin Virani was hired as a hitman back in 2015 by his co-defendant Rachel Meadows, to kill her ex-husband in the town of Lake Providence.
The victim was shot multiple times but was ultimately able to escap . . .
