BOSTON, Massachusetts, Sept. 17 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts issued the following news release:
Two men, one from Massachusetts, have been charged with allegedly smuggling and conspiring to violate and evade export controls relating to the sale of laser equipment to the Russian nuclear energy industry.
Sam Bhambhani, 55, of North Attleboro, Mass., and Maxim Teslenko, 35, of Moscow, Russia, were each indicted on one count of smuggl . . .
