BECKLEY, West Virginia, Sept. 14 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on Sept. 13, 2024:
Ashley Nicole Luster, 29, of Sophia, was sentenced today to eight months in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, for aiding and abetting the distribution of methamphetamine.
According to court documents and statements made in court, on July 13, 2022, Luster sold approximately 25 grams . . .
