U.S. Senator Jon Tester released the following statement on the news that Sibanye-Stillwater mine will be forced to lay off workers because of Russian palladium dumping:
"It is totally unacceptable that the Sibanye-Stillwater mine is being forced to lay off hardworking Montana miners, and make no mistake: this is happening because Russia is dumpi . . .
