WASHINGTON, Sept. 13 -- Rep. Keith Self, R-Texas, issued the following news release:

Congressman Keith Self introduced the Venue Named Under Exception Act, also known as the VENUE Act, with Congressman Troy E. Nehls as the co-lead.
