WASHINGTON, Sept. 12 -- Sen. Rick Scott, R-Florida, issued the following news release:

Today, following Hamas' horrific October 7th terrorist attack against Israel, Senator Rick Scott joined Senator Marco Rubio and Representative Rich McCormick in sending a letter to U.S. Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and U.S. Department of State Secretary Antony Blinken questioning their ability to crack down on aliens linked to terrorist organizations.
