DUBUQUE, Iowa, Sept. 11 -- The University of Dubuque issued the following news release:
Three of the nine microgrants awarded by the City of Dubuque for its participation in Bloomberg Philanthropies' Youth Climate Action Fund (YCAF) are associated with the University of Dubuque.
