Rep. Cuellar Passes Bill to Expand the Starr-Camargo Bridge

WASHINGTON, Sept. 9 -- Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Texas, issued the following news release:

U.S. Congressman Henry Cuellar (TX-28) passed the Starr-Camargo Bridge Expansion Act, legislation that he led with Senator John Cornyn. The bill allows for an expansion of the Starr-Camargo Bridge in Rio Grande City, which acts as a vital trade link between Texas and Mexico. This legislation already passed the Senate and is now headed to the President's desk.
