SIOUX CITY, Iowa, Sept. 10 -- Morningside University issued the following news:
VERMILLION, S.D. - Dr. Shirley Neugebauer Luebke, an adjunct professor in the Morningside University School of Visual and Performing Arts, has recently been named a 2024 College of Fine Arts Hall of Fame recipient by the University of South Dakota.
