JOHNSON CITY, Tennessee, Sept. 7 -- East Tennessee State University issued the following news:

East Tennessee State University has announced award-winning author and historian Dr. Keisha Blain as the keynote speaker for the sixth annual Equity & Inclusion Conference. The event, open to the public, will be held Sept. 26-27.
