ERO Boston arrests Guatemalan national charged with raping Massachusetts resident

WASHINGTON, Sept. 6 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement issued the following news release:

BOSTON Enforcement and Removal Operations Boston apprehended an unlawfully present, 28-year-old Guatemalan national charged with raping a Massachusetts resident. Officers from ERO Boston arrested Jorge Luis Castro-Alvarado Aug. 1 in Lynn.
