OMAHA, Nebraska, Sept. 7 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Nebraska issued the following news release:
United States Attorney Susan Lehr announced that Fernando Aguirre-Quintero, age 25, of Laguna, California, was sentenced September 5, 2024, in federal court in Omaha, Nebraska for possession with intent to deliver 500 grams or more of cocaine. Chief United States District Judge Robert F. Rossiter, Jr., sentenced Aguirre-Quintero to 90 months' imprisonment. . . .
