CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Sept. 6 -- Gov. Jim Justice, R-West Virginia, issued the following news release on Sept. 5, 2024:
BECKLEY, WV -- Gov. Jim Justice joined West Virginia Transportation Secretary Jimmy Wriston, P.E., and Raleigh County Commission President Greg Duckworth today for a groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate the start of work on the southern leg of the Beckley Z-Way project near Beckley.
The project, a combination of two separate construction contracts . . .
