WASHINGTON, Sept. 5 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia issued the following news release:

A Massachusetts woman was sentenced to prison today after she previously pleaded guilty to multiple felony and misdemeanor offenses, including assaulting law enforcement during the Jan. 6, 2021, breach of the U.S. Capitol. Her actions and the actions of others disrupted a joint session of the U.S. Congress convened to ascertain and count the electoral votes related . . .
