Ropes & Gray represented J-Pharma Co. Ltd. (J-Pharma), a Japanese bio-venture company, in an agreement with Georgetown University granting an exclusive worldwide license for the treatment of inflammatory diseases of the central nervous system (including multiple sclerosis).
