SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, Sept. 4 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Utah issued the following news release:
A foreign national living in Utah, who is also a felon, was ordered by the court to remain in custody after a federal grand jury in Salt Lake City indicted him for multiple federal crimes.
According to court documents, Armando Reyes-Ascension, 43, of Salt Lake City, a foreign national, who was previously deported from the United States in July 20 . . .
