Governor Maura Healey is today announcing that Boston Medical Center (BMC) has signed an asset purchase agreement (APA) to acquire and operate Good Samaritan Hospital in Brockton. Yesterday, APAs were signed to transfer ownership of both campuses of Holy Family Hospital in Haverhill and Methuen to Lawrence General Hospital and to transfer ownership of Saint Anne' . . .
