WASHINGTON, Aug. 29 -- The Justice Inspector General issued the following investigative summary (No. 24-095) on Aug. 21, 2024, entitled "Findings of Misconduct by a then Supervisory Criminal Assistant United States Attorney for Misuse of Position and Conduct Prejudicial to the Government in Connection with the AUSA's Involvement in a Hit-and- Run Car Crash While the AUSA was Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol."
