HONOLULU, Hawaii, Aug. 28 (TNSres) -- The University of Hawaii issued the following news release:

The University of Hawaii at Manoa is part of an innovation hub that will train the next generation of high tech workers in microelectronics, the design and creation of small electronic devices such as the microchips in computers and cell phones.

The U.S. is a world leader in microelectronics design, but is responsible for only about 12% of microelectronics production global . . .
