DES MOINES, Iowa, Aug. 28 -- Gov. Kim Reynolds, R-Iowa, issued the following news release:
Gov. Kim Reynolds today announced Ryan Mulhall will serve as Executive Director of the Iowa Communications Network. Mulhall begins his new role with ICN on Friday, August 30, 2024.
